After getting luggage at the airport, proceed towards Srinagar. It is the largest city and the summer capital of the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It lies in the Kashmir Valley on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus, and Dal and Anchar lakes. The city is known for its natural environment, gardens, waterfronts and houseboats. proceed towards Srinagar. Shalimar Bagh: Built by Emperor Jahangir for his wife Noor Jahan, Shalimar Bagh is a symbol of Mughal architecture.
Nishat Bagh: Overlooking Dal Lake, Nishat Bagh offers panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
Chashme Shahi: Known for its natural spring, Chashme Shahi is the smallest Mughal garden but offers stunning views ( at your own cost ).

After refreshing yourself, proceed towards Sonmarg or Sonmarg, known as Sonamarg in Kashmiri, is a hill station located in the Ganderbal District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is located about 62 kilometers from Ganderbal Town and 80 kilometres northeast of the capital city, Srinagar. Sonmarg, also known as “the Meadows of Gold”, enroute through the picturesque countryside ride where we will come across rolling hills, green forests, clear water streams and blooming rice fields and majestic mountains. It’s a trekker’s heaven, a starting point for many treks, spectacular skies, and snowy mountains, huge lake, strewn with the loveliest Alpine forests. You will gasp in wonderment at the golden light that glints from the snow-capped peaks when lazy sun rays fall on them. You can opt for a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier (on your own cost) to have some fun in Snow or place your visit to Zero Point and Fish Point ( at your own cost ). After refreshing yourself, drive towards Gulmarg, known as Gulmarag in Kashmiri, is a town, hill station, tourist destination, skiing destination, and a notified area committee in the Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. It is located at a distance of 31 km from Baramulla and 49 km from Srinagar. Gulmarg also known as the meadow of flowers, enroute through the small picturesque market of Tangmarg. It’s a famous Hill station of Jammu & Kashmir and is known for its salubrious beauty and charm. The route is full of Pine trees, Deodars, Amaltas, and Kikkar trees flanking the mountain side. It is known for Ski –Resort and The world’s highest 18 –hole Golf course. You can also see Maharaja Palace, Golf club, Strawberry valley, ST Mary Church, Baba Reshi, a muslim Shrine known for its intricate carvings, a large hall and wooden work ( at your own cost ). You can also enjoy a Gondola Ride (on your own cost) and take a look at the Apharwat Peak which offers a panoramic view of Nanga Parbat and Harmukh Mountains. It can take you up to the height of 16, 000 ft. above sea level and will mesmerize you with the glaciers of Khilanmerg and Afarwat. A word of caution, it is cold there so brace yourself with warm clothes and accessories. If you have a knack for winter sports then you could buckle up for snow skiing, sledging, snow bikes and ATV bikes(at your own cost). After refreshing yourself, proceed towards Doodhpathri. It is a tourist destination and a hill station located in the Khansahib tehsil of the Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir, India. and located at a distance of 42 km from state summer capital Srinagar and 22 km from district headquarter Budgam. Doodhpathri lies in a bowl shaped valley in the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, at an altitude of 2,730 m (8,957 ft) above sea level. There the lush green grass over the vast meadows and silver shining streams having milky appearance from the distance running over the large stones further increase its beauty. The natural meadows which are covered in snow in winter, allows to grow wildflowers such as Daisies, Forge/Me/Nots, and Butter cups during spring and summer. After refreshing yourself, proceed towards Pahalgam also known as “the valley of Shepherds”, enroute through the National Highway 1A which connects the valley with the rest of the Country through saffron fields, Bat factories, Aishmuqam shrine and Apple Valley. It is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River that rises from the hanging Kolahoi Glacier. Pahalgam (2,130 m) was once a humble shepherd’s village with breathtaking views. Enroute visiting Saffron fields, Awantipura ruins (1100 yrs old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantivarman), see the beautiful countryside on the way and a lot of rice fields. Drive through pine forests. Now it is Kashmir’s premier resort, cool even during the height of summer when the maximum temperature does not exceed 25°C. Have bridle walks and feed your cameras with the picture of the magnificent view of mountains. Place your visit to Baisaran Valley / Mini Switzerland on Pony Rides ( at your own cost ).You can stroll along the horse trail to the nearby valleys Betaab, Chandanwari and Aru Valley (at your own cost – only cars operated by locals are allowed) and witness the striking beauty of mountains. Enjoy walking around Aru Village. A walk along the Lidder stream towards Pahalgam from Aru Village is very highly recommended for Nature Lovers. Later proceed toward Srinagar and proceed for Shikara Ride; this ride is one of the most soothing, restful aspects of a holiday in Jammu and Kashmir. Visit to floating gardens (raadh) is yet another wonderful experience. A cluster of Lotus flowers amidst the lake is a heavenly sight.
